We prefer contact by email so we can make detailed enquiries and respond with some degree of certainty. If you decide to call us please be aware that it may not be possible to answer all calls and enquiries without arranging a call back.

We currently have shops in Windsor, Brighton, Chichester, London, Winchester and Kingston.

Trade Contacts:

We work closely with several wholesale partners. If you wish to re-sell our chocolate in your store please click here for their contact details.

If possible we prefer customers to purchase through our wholesaler friends, however we welcome enquiries directly to us initially if that is not possible or if you require further information. Click here to have a word with Sarah.

This is a slightly random access point and we aren’t sure how to word it. If you want to speak to us about any business opportunity in relation to Montezuma’s generally or our products then please feel free to drop us an email and we will reply with a suitably thoughtful reply!

Talks & Presentations

We do get asked to give talks and presentations in relation to our chocolate or indeed sometimes to waffle about the business. Our diary for these events is limited to one a month and we are very booked up, but if you are interested and don’t mind waiting, then please send us some details and a request to waffle@montezumas.co.uk

Charity Contact

We love to hear your appeals and read your news. As you will gather from the site, we set aside our entire ‘advertising’ budget for charitable work. Our current policy is to decide on the specific charities to work with for one year from each December.

Each shop and the head office decide on their own charities local to their location. If you are a charity and are close to one to us then please drop us a line and we will put you forward in December to become on of our charities.

We like to work with charities in some way rather than simply offering money! If you have an idea of how we can work with you that will be fab. Please remember, as worthy as your cause may be we get more than 30 requests a week. If we said yes to everything there wouldn’t be a Montezuma’s!!

Advertising

We don’t!

When we started the business we had this great idea of having a nominated advertising budget but instead of throwing it the way of advertising, we would give it to charity. We have a staff vote every year of the type of charity to support and we love it!

That’s the way we do so please don’t waste your time or ours by asking if we want to advertise.
