Yola, professor of cake, and Simon, co-founder and professor of good taste, have been working very hard over the last few months to develop a range of NEW chocolate themed wedding and celebration cakes that mirror our innovative and contemporary approach to chocolate.  All of our NEW cakes are bespoke to your requirements and of course - they are all handmade with a lot of love!

The real test of course is how they look and taste.

We use only our own award winning house blends of chocolate, lots of local West Sussex ingredients, generous handfuls of hard-work and artistic flair, hundreds of half truffle balls filled with our famous ganache and some good humoured mixing, baking and decorating!

Look: we started with a clean sheet and began doodling designs. We think the resulting three designs are something that reflect our approach to chocolate and design.

Taste: admittedly most web browsers can’t yet deliver taste to your keyboard, but let us assure you we have worked as hard on the texture and taste as we have the appearance.  In terms of combinations it is probably not an exaggeration to suggest it is only limited by your courage and imagination!
