So many drinking chocolates couldn’t be further from the truth; pale and feeble imitations of true chocolate; mere cocoa powder and sugar with none of that real chocolate stuff.  Our chocolate for drinking is super rich and made from huge blocks of our house-blended chocolate that we shave down. 

It’s so good we even have the cheek to add some instructions just in case you can’t work out how to make it.
