P&P Costs

£4.95 - Standard Delivery (3-5 working days)

£7.50 - Special Delivery (next working day before 1pm RM) (If sent with DHL, delivery can be made at any time during the day - working day delivery ONLY)

£20.00 - European Delivery (5-10 working days) Only available for orders weighing under 2kg/consignment.

The majority of parcels sent within the UK are sent using Royal Mail.  This is a tracked service, therefore allowing us to see where your parcel is at all times. The sender has the opportunity at the check out to nominate a SAFEPLACE for their parcel to be left.   If the recipient is not home when delivery is attempted a 'While you were out' card will be left detailing where the parcel can be collected from - this is usually your local RM sorting office.

Please note that on occasion we use DHL to deliver our heavier parcels.

Deliveries are NOT made on Bank Holidays.

Handwritten Gift Message

You will have the opportunity to add a personal message to your gift, this will be hand written and included in your parcel for the recipient.

Gift Box

Should you require your chocolate goodies to be gift boxed, this is free of charge on all orders over £40

Gift Box Option is £2.50.
