Our shiny new website has arrived!
Here at Montezuma’s we've been working extraordinarily hard to create a completely new range of bars, truffles, gifts and chocolate bites to better help our planet (find our more about Montezuma's). 100% of our new packaging is either recyclable, compostable or biodegradable and we are super proud to launch this along with our new brand design and of course new products.
But that’s not all! We want to make Montezuma’s incredibly easy to buy. Whether that's at your local supermarket, at a Montezuma’s chocolate shop or online. Even though so much has been going on at our HQ with the re-brand, we couldn’t resist doing something else extraordinary; so we made a new website too! Hopefully, you’ll agree that the website looks totally mouth-watering from our giant chocolate video on the homepage to beautiful chocolate photography.
It’s not all about looks though, we have tried to make the site incredibly easy to use, whether you're using your computer, mobile phone or tablet. We've introduced some engaging new features like our gift finder to help you find the perfect gifts. This tool started life by when we watched shoppers buy Montezuma’s in our lovely shops. We watched as customers browsed the shelves looking for a specific occasion, perhaps a birthday or anniversary or just a little treat for themselves so we designed the gift finder tool based on two simple questions:
- What’s the occasion?
- What type of chocolate do they like?
Simple right? Well, time will tell as we monitor what our website customers choose; we will optimise the experience based on what’s working well or not.
Another giant improvement we have made is making our chocolate subscription service so much clearer and easier to buy as a gift. We call it our chocolate club, it’s a nifty letterbox size box that arrives in the post each month to your lucky recipient, full of Montezuma’s favourites, as well new, delicious creations that our extraordinary chief chocolatier, Gill creates in her experimentation room. The club can either be purchased as a 3 month, 6 month, 12 month or on-going subscription
On the subject of gifts, we have been listening to your feedback about buying presents for friends and family and have now made it really easy for you to buy all your Christmas, Easter or Birthday presents in one simple order and send it all to your recipients. With our new multiple address shipping, you can add all your lovely chocolate gifts to your shopping basket, then enter multiple delivery addresses during the checkout process. Extraordinary!
