Vegan Cookies

 

Ingredients:

  • 100g Sugar
  • 125g Vegan Margarine
  • 150g Self Raising Flour
  • 80g Chopped up Dark Chocolate



 

 

Method:

1. Cream together the margarine and sugar.

2. Mix in the self raising flour.

3. Add the chopped chocolate and mix again.

4. Roll the cookie dough into into 8 balls (you can make them bigger or smaller depending on how chewy you want your cookie).

5. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes and enjoy! Make sure to leave to cool for at least 10 minutes when they come out of the oven so they don’t break apart!
