However, with the huge surge in online shopping there may be some delays to deliveries as our Delivery Partners try to keep up with the additional demand. Please bear with us as we adapt our ways of working to maintain deliveries and protect our wonderful staff.

UK Online Delivery

With the continued level of orders and increasing pressure on the home delivery network, we’re having to change to standard delivery (5 working days) to avoid disappointment. However, we’ll be reviewing this on an ongoing basis.

Indulgence Evenings & Children’s Parties

Unfortunately, all parties have been cancelled until further notice. We hope to be able to take bookings when we are able to.

If you have already booked and paid for an Indulgence evening or Children’s Party, you will be able to transfer your booking to a later date that works for you, once our stores have reopened, or claim a full refund. We’re just sorry that we can’t celebrate your special occasion with you currently.

We know how important it is to be able to talk to someone at the end of the telephone, so we are keeping our Customer Service line open. However, please be aware that there may be some delay in answering your call as the current volume of calls is unprecedented. So as much as we love talking to all our customers, please call us only if you have an issue that can’t be resolved online.
