Chocolate Marzipan Stollen
Every year we look forward to our chocolatey twist on the famous German marzipan cake that King Augustus loved so much that he even created a festival in its honour! We start early in October 'pumping iron' to prepare for the enormous volume of marzipan that we hand-roll every November. We serve it as a teatime treat and have converted even the most ardent of marzipan curmudgeons to our stollen.
