What are my delivery options?

We offer a variety of delivery options and these will depend on your chosen country of delivery. For full details, head to our Delivery Information page.

What is the delivery cost for UK orders?

Free standard delivery on orders over £50. Standard delivery is £4.95, and next day delivery is £7.50 (order before 2 pm Mon-Thurs). For more details visit our Delivery Page.

Are there any delivery restrictions during hot weather?

Yes, we hold orders if the temperature exceeds 25°C to ensure product quality. Shipping resumes when temperatures drop.

How do I find my order number?

Your order number will be within your order confirmation email and is also viewable under "My Orders" in your profile.

Order Changes and Tracking

Can I amend my order after it’s been placed?

We understand that plans change, and we’ll do our best to assist you. If you need to amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible by calling 01243510510 within office hours (Monday -Thursday 9-5 and Friday 8-4).

While we’ll make every effort to accommodate your request, please note that we cannot guarantee changes to orders once they have been fulfilled.

How can I check my order status?

Tracking links are sent out via email once an order has been fulfilled. If you are having trouble finding the email then try searching 'Montezuma's order confirmed' in your mailbox.

Alternatively you can log into your account online and check the status and tracking details by selecting the relevant order.

Using Vouchers and Gift Cards

How can I send a gift voucher to someone?

Share the love with friends and family by sending them one of our gift cards. Select 'I want to send this as a gift' and you can choose an email address to send to along with a message.

I have a discount code. Where do I enter it?

At the checkout! Add your items to the cart, click the cart icon, and enter your code before completing your purchase.

Sustainability and Ethics

Do you always consider the environment?

Absolutely. All our packaging is biodegradable, recyclable, or compostable. We never use artificial colours, flavours, or palm oil, and our ingredients are sustainably sourced. Learn more on our Crafted with Conscience page.

Why don’t you use palm oil?

We avoid palm oil to protect rainforests and wildlife habitats and to support ethical working conditions in cocoa farming. Our commitment is to sustainable cocoa and farming practices.

Where does your cocoa come from?

Our cocoa is sourced seasonally to ensure sustainability, with certifications from the Rainforest Alliance or Cocoa Horizons. Every bite of Montezuma’s chocolate supports ethical, eco-friendly cocoa farming.
