Good To Know:

Some common questions answered

Pricing?
  • Our kids parties packages start at £200 which will cover 8 children.

  • Any additional children will be £20 per head.
Attendance?
  • The maximum number of children we can host is 16.

  • We require at least two adults present at all times.

  • The number of guests needs to be agreed in advance with the store manager.
Dates & Timings?
  • Parties are always held outside of our shop opening hours.

  • The party session is 1 hour with an extra 30 minutes for arrival, candle blowing, pick up time etc.

  • Monday to Saturdays from 6pm to 7:30pm

  • Sundays from 9am to 10:30am or 5pm to 6:30pm

  • We can't hold parties on the last day of the month.

  • We can't hold parties in the month of December or the week leading up to Easter Sunday.
Venue & Facilities?
  • The party takes place on the ground floor of our shop.

  • We provide toilet facilities which are upstairs.

  • Water is provided - it's recommended for between tastings!
Allergies?
  • We never offer any nut flavoured chocolate.

  • We must know of any allergies at least 48 hours before the event.

  • We can tailor the tasting to ensure that no allergens are served to anyone with an allergy.
Booking & Confirmation?
  • A booking form (available from the store) must be completed and returned by the person responsible who will be present at the party.

  • Final confirmation will be made by the Store Manager.

  • Based on the number of attendees, we take a 50% deposit (minimum of £100).
Cancellations or Postponements?
  • If for any reason you need to cancel your party, please give us as much notice as possible.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot refund your deposit, but we will be happy to try and re-book the party at no extra charge.
